Debugging

The debugger lets you pause your code on a line (a breakpoint) and inspect variables step by step, instead of adding console.log everywhere. Click left of a line number to add a breakpoint, then start debugging with F5.

F5            Start / continue
F10           Step over (next line)
F11           Step into a function
Shift + F11   Step out
Shift + F5    Stop
