Terminal integration

VS Code has a built-in terminal, so you can run commands without leaving the editor. You can open several terminals at once, like one for the dev server and one for git.

Ctrl + `             Toggle terminal
Ctrl + Shift + `     New terminal
Cmd + \              Split terminal

# Typical setup
Terminal 1: npm run dev
Terminal 2: git status / git commit

# Open the current folder in VS Code from any terminal
code .
